We are pleased to announce the hiring of a part-time Education Coordinator.
Lisa Whalen has been volunteering with our Junior Friends programs for the past three summers, and has been a contributor to our newsletter. She comes to us with 30 years of experience in public education working in a museum where she developed programs, and conducted research as well as staff training. Her background also includes livestock handling and agricultural exhibits. In addition to coordinating our Education Programs this year, Lisa will be working with us as we research and publish the history of O’Neil Farm.
You will meet Lisa when you participate in one of our summer Walk and Talk or Dairy Days programs or join as at Farm Day.
