O'Neil Farm Designated as a Century Farm in 2010

Published in The Voice of Agriculture - Massachusetts Farm Bureau Federation".   On September 26,2010 Massachusetts Farm Bureau and the Massachusetts State Grange honored the 2010 Massachusetts Century Farms. Century Farms are farms that have been in the same family for 100 years or more and are still being farmed. The Grange and Farm Bureau are aware of more than 100 Century Farms currently operating in Massachusetts, some of which have been in operation for more than 300 years. Collectively, that’s more than 10,000 years of farming here in the Bay State! The announcement and celebration was held on September 26th from 2-3 pm at the Grange Building at The Eastern States Exposition (The Big E)."
